Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the plans?

Free — evaluate: health score, validate, and CPM. 100 calls/mo, 1,000 tasks, sync only.

Starter ($29) — production: remaining Health checks, Forensics comparison, import, async/webhooks, 500 calls/mo, 2,000 tasks.

Professional ($99, waitlist) — higher caps and priority queue. Risk & Simulation endpoints when they GA.

Enterprise / Government — custom volume, self-hosted, SSO, SLA.

Full matrix on the pricing page.

How are task limits enforced?

Task limits are validated per request by plan. Requests at or under 1,000 tasks run synchronously on every plan. Larger schedules need async processing, which is available on Starter and above.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Yes. You can change tiers at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer self-hosted deployment?

Yes. Enterprise and Government options include self-hosted deployment models for regulated and security-sensitive environments.

What happens if I exceed my tier limits?

Exceeding the per-request task limit returns a validation error. Exceeding the monthly call allowance returns HTTP 429 until the cycle resets, or you can upgrade for more capacity. See the full matrix on the pricing page.
